The national anthem of Spain has no official lyrics. 

However, there are various lyrics that have been composed and sung over the years.

The anthem is known as La Marcha Real - The Royal March. 
It is also known as La Marcha Granadera - and its music was adopted as the national anthem in 1770.  This means that it is one of the oldest national anthems of Europe.

It was composed by Manuel de Espinosa de los Monteros.
